Timberstone offers several floor plans ranging from a modest 1,700 square foot ranch style homes to larger two story homes in the 2,200 - 2,700 square foot range.
Designing
Working with our sales team they will help you design your home with your individuality and daily routine in mind. We offer several color choices when designing your home. Also our sales team will sit down with you and review plans prior to construction.
Financing

We have chosen to work with the best new home lender(s) in the business to assure your process is smooth and worry-free. Building
Once your mortgage pre-approval is in place, the stages of the home building process can begin. Items such as site plans and building permits are submitted and plans finalized. Your new Timberstone Homes home is constructed according to our high building standards and under the attentive eye of of our experienced construction team. Our sales and constructive team will be readily available for questions and concerns.
Closing Day
Finally ready to move in. Our closing team will have everything ready for a worry-free closing. Our expert closing team will guide you through the closing documents to ensure your understanding. Keys are now yours!
Warranty/Post Service Request
Timberstone Homes provides a warranty through a third party to ensure your peace of mind. We get you enrolled into the warranty program day of closing. We also offer two post closing service request at 30 days and 11 months. Please make sure to schedule these through our website.
